Your 2-Day White Desert Safari from Cairo begins with an early morning departure from Cairo at around 7:00 AM. You will travel towards Bahariya Oasis, one of the most famous starting points for desert safari adventures in Egypt’s Western Desert.
After arrival, you will enjoy lunch before starting the desert adventure by 4x4 vehicles. From this moment, the journey becomes more exciting as you leave the paved roads and begin exploring the open desert landscapes.
The first major stop is the Black Desert, famous for its volcanic black-topped hills and wide panoramic views. You will also visit Mount Marsas, a beautiful viewpoint where you can enjoy the dramatic contrast between dark volcanic rocks, golden sand, and open desert scenery.
After that, you will visit a Bedouin village and enjoy a stop near the cold and hot springs. These natural springs are part of the oasis experience and give travelers a refreshing break before continuing deeper into the desert.
The adventure continues to Crystal Mountain, one of the most unique natural attractions in the area. This stop is known for its colorful crystal-like rocks and is perfect for photography and short exploration.
You will then continue towards Aqabat Area, a beautiful desert landscape filled with rock formations, sand mountains, and impressive natural scenery. After that, visit the ancient desert area, where mushroom-shaped rock formations create one of the most interesting and unusual views of the trip.
By sunset, you will arrive at the New White Desert camping area. The camp will be prepared in the heart of the desert, surrounded by quiet landscapes and white rock formations.
In the evening, enjoy a Bedouin-style dinner including grilled chicken, vegetables, rice, and salad. After dinner, relax around the campfire, drink tea or Nescafe, and enjoy a peaceful night camping under the stars.
