Current published cancellation structure

180+ days before departure: payments received are refunded, less non-recoverable payment-processing charges.

91–179 days before departure: the $250 adult deposit is retained and other payments are refunded.

46–90 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price is refunded.

0–45 days before departure: payments are non-refundable because eclipse-period services have been committed, but the booking may currently be transferred to another traveler up to 14 days before departure without an administration charge.
