It is part of reaching somewhere special.

The choice can therefore be reduced to two sentences:

Choose Bahariya because of the eclipse and let the desert make the trip better.

Choose Siwa because you want Siwa and let the eclipse make the trip unforgettable.

That distinction is much more useful than simply comparing two numbers on a map.
